Each year, volunteers provide over 2,000 hours of service to Women’s Services. Volunteers are a very important part of the Women’s Services family. We have a variety of volunteer opportunities available. Some of them include:
- Supportive counseling for victims of domestic violence and other crises residing in our shelter
- Hotline coverage
- Children’s group activities
- Co-facilitating support groups for domestic and/or sexual violence
- Clerical, technical, or maintenance assistance
- Classroom and community facilitators
- Board of directors
